This machine can operate as an in-line or off-line system.
For in-line operation, an injection molding machine and a sputtering machine is integrated with the bonding machine, while the dummy disc loading station loads the dummy disc for bonding with the data disc from the injection molding machine. The injection molding machine and the sputtering machine can be bought new or can be sourced from clients existing used machines.
For off-line system, a five spindle data disc loading station is provided.
This machine is compact and is particularly suited for integration with injection molding machines that have cycle time of four seconds or more.
